Delete Your Z Cell Account
You may request deletion of your Z Cell customer account and associated personal data at any time.
To request deletion, email info@zcellshop.com from the email address associated with your account. Use “Delete my Z Cell account” as the email subject.
Please include your full name and account email address so we can verify and process the request.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize your customer profile, saved addresses and notification preferences. Certain order and transaction records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.
Deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days.
