Returns and refunds

Z Cell accepts one return request per order. A return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

To request a return, contact us at info@zcellshop.com or +961 76 949 329 with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Please do not send an item back before we confirm the return instructions.

Eligible items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. We may decline a return when an item has been damaged through misuse, is missing parts or packaging, or does not match the item originally supplied.

Items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect should be reported promptly. Once we inspect and approve an eligible return, we will arrange the applicable remedy, which may be a replacement, store credit, or refund using the original payment method where available.
