Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made from Z Cell. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Products, prices, and availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate. Product images are illustrative unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors, update product information, or cancel an order before delivery if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or described inaccurately. We will contact you if this happens.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is free across Lebanon and is normally completed within 1–3 working days. Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review the product and report any defect, damage, or incorrect item promptly after delivery.

Warranty

Products specifically sold with a one-year warranty are covered by Altec Warranty for one year from the date of purchase. This includes original Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, JBL, and Porodo products when sold with the stated one-year warranty. Warranty coverage applies to verified manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear, or damage caused by using the product contrary to its instructions.

For a warranty request, contact Z Cell with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may inspect the product before deciding the appropriate remedy.
