Delivery
Delivery is free across Lebanon. Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days, subject to product availability and courier coverage. Review the Delivery Policy for full details.
Returns
You can request one return per order within 3 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Read the Returns Policy before starting a request.
Warranty
Products specifically sold with stated one-year coverage are covered by Altec Warranty for one year from purchase. This includes original Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, JBL, and Porodo products when they are sold with stated one-year coverage. Accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, normal wear, and unauthorized repairs are not covered. See the Terms & Conditions for full warranty details.
